How can I tell if coaching is for me?

The first step is to arrange an initial exploratory session to discuss your needs. If we decide it would be beneficial for us to work together, we will set up a coaching agreement to meet your needs.

What coaching programmes do you offer?

We will set up a programme specific to your requirements. Programmes can be short term (3 months) medium term (a year) or long term, depending on the need. Coaching sessions are usually 1-2 hours once a month, with phone or email coaching sessions in between face to face sessions. We also offer one-off breakthrough sessions and away-days, usually linked to another longer term programme. Coaching programmes are priced individually. To reduce costs for organisations where a number of people are being coached we can offer a one day ‘clinic’ session once a month or as required.

Who is coaching for?

We work with individuals, boards, teams and organisations. Most coaching is for senior level staff, but coaching works really well with anyone who is motivated to improve what they do.

Who provides the coaching?

Cadenza’s Director, Trish Brady is our Lead Coach. Trish has over 8 years experience as a coach, working in the public, private and third sectors up to CEO/board level. She has a Diploma in Coaching as well as being a Master Practitioner of NLP. Trish also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Change and Consultancy (covering elements of coaching/mentoring as well as organisational development) from Sheffield Hallam University. Trish has an extensive background in senior management (up to CEO level) and development work with individuals, groups, teams and organisations. Trish works with a small group of selected associates who are experienced coaches and facilitators, as well as business professionals providing value-added services.
